3+ hour In-depth Initial Independent  Design Consultation and Advice at your home. We can advise you on a design and layout that will work for your home and your budget, advice on existing construction problems, planning,  building regulations, new construction methods and  what professionals and builders you will need to realise your project based on your specific situation. Depending on the size and complexity of project  and the time available we can also provide on-site sketches  of any design solution discussed
